Terms of Service

Plain-English draft: these terms explain how Muntazir.tech projects are normally handled. Final commercial terms, invoicing details and provider responsibilities are confirmed in each proposal or agreement.

1. Services

Muntazir.tech provides founder-led digital services for SMEs, including websites, ecommerce paths, payment-provider integration, SEO foundations, analytics setup, workflow automation, reporting workspaces, hosting coordination and ongoing improvement support.

2. Engagement types

• Workflow Map: AED 2,000 fixed, normally completed within 1 week and credited against the build if the client proceeds.
• First System: from AED 12,000, typically 3–5 weeks depending on scope.
• Operating Partner: from AED 3,000/month for agreed hosting, monitoring, support and improvements.

3. Scope and changes

Each project is scoped before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope, including additional integrations, content, compliance requirements, paid advertising, copywriting, product data entry or complex migrations, may require a revised quote.

4. Payment and third-party providers

Payment schedule, deposit and milestones are confirmed in the proposal. Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, payment providers, software subscriptions, fonts, stock assets, advertising platforms or compliance tools are normally paid by the client directly unless agreed otherwise.

5. Payments and ecommerce

Payment details should stay with the payment provider wherever possible. Muntazir.tech integrates provider-controlled checkout or payment fields; it does not claim PCI compliance unless a specific compliance scope is separately assessed and agreed.

6. Support

First System projects include 30 days post-launch support for defects, small launch adjustments and handover questions. Ongoing support terms, response windows and improvement allowance are agreed separately. The Operating Partner tier targets response within 1 business day.

7. Ownership and handover

Unless otherwise agreed, the client owns project outputs, code repository, content, assets and operational accounts created for the project. Credentials, deployment access and handover notes are documented during delivery.

8. Security and reliability

Security controls are designed according to project risk and scope. No website or application can be guaranteed 100% secure or always available. Backups, monitoring, access controls and recovery expectations are agreed per project.

9. Limitation

Muntazir.tech is a founder-led service. Specialist support may be brought in where required, with scope, ownership and responsibilities agreed first. Final contractual limitation of liability is confirmed in the proposal/agreement.
